HOW IT WORKS:
The Correll Company, Inc., will list your property in the Columbia, SC, area MLS (CMLS) for a 1% listing fee and John Correll will handle the entire transaction from start to finish. YOU can decide how much to offer a buyer’s agent and that fee would be added to the 1% listing fee. Example: If you want to also pay a buyer’s agent 1.5%, you would add that to the 1% listing fee for a total commission of 2.5% (1% + 1.5%=2.5%). Your listing would be entered in the MLS which will also feed it to: Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Movoto and many other 3rd party websites. Also, since we are a member of national, state and local real estate associations, we always use the most current and up to date contracts/forms for all transactions that are available for both listings and sales. No upfront or hidden fees and only payable at closing and no fee owed if no sale! All listings also include a professional real estate photographer and you chose the photos to use.
